If you placed an order before the closure, it will be delivered as planned. You will receive email updates about your order until it is delivered.
Warranties, rights to make a claim and support
Your right to make a claim and your product warranties will continue to apply as normal for their full validity period. If you need any help, our customer service team is here to support you on [email protected].

Dustin Home accounts are now closed. You can find your order confirmations and invoices in the emails we sent at the time of purchase.

FAQ
We are very grateful for the trust our customers have shown us over the years, but we have decided to close Dustin Home in order to focus entirely on business customers.
If you placed an order before the closure, it will be processed as usual. Please note that we cannot keep orders open for more than 6 months.
If your order cannot be delivered within that time, it will be cancelled, and you will of course receive a full refund.
The best support is provided by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Your right to make a claim and your product warranties will continue to apply as normal, you are very welcome to contact our support at [email protected], and we will help you further.
We are unable to change delivery or billing addresses or add products to an existing order.
If the delivery has not yet started, we can help remove items or cancel the entire order. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and include your order number, and we will assist you further.
Report the transport damage via PostNords website or call 0771 – 33 33 10. The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
PostNord will issue a case number, which is required when contacting us at Dustin.
After reporting to PostNord, contact Dustin’s customer service at [email protected]. Provide your order number, PostNord’s case number, and attach photos of the transport damage.
